What? What year is it? 2016? Wowee, time flies by when you are having fun! Welcome to year #9 of our Global Gals Gatherings!

Thanks to you all for your input to the planning session; whether by email or by coming last Wednesday. I always hear a lot of creative ideas and we started filling the calendar. Make note that the day and time has changed to the 2nd Wednesday night at 7:00.
Heather will be our first guest speaker in February talking about digital photo and video storage. In March we’ll be hosting a “Meet and Greet” where everyone is encouraged to bring a new friend and we’ll talk about our group with the hopes of recruiting additional members (good idea, Megan!). Due to dwindling attendance, my goal is to grow the group so that we have 10 women consistently at each gathering. Other upcoming topics will be fire safety, city planning, food bank volunteering, Silpada jewelry, art night, and one of my favorites, election/voting review.
To make each gathering easier to accommodate, please RSVP on the evite so that the hostess can easily see the number of people and I can commit to our speakers.
I did give and get feedback about the Adopt-A-Family program and will be making changes this year to make the process easier for all of those that participate.
