No costs at this point. PRO: Makes reproductive rights a constitutional right, harder to change. If political climate changes, this amendment makes it harder to change Harder process to unchange constitution.&nbsp; CON: Rights exist under state law. Do we need to change the constitution?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prop 26: Allows InPerson Roulette, Dice Games on tribal lands \u2013 Skeptical that any money will come in.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prop 27: Allows Online and Sports Gambling outside tribal lands \u2013 SD Republican \u00a0Dem says Vote No<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prop 28: Additional funding for arts &amp; music in public schools \u2013 Money being moved from education budget, moving money around. CA DEM support.&nbsp; SD Republican neutral.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Prop 29: Kidney Dialysis Clinic Requirements \u2013 Voted on this in the past.\u00a0 NO vote supported by the big clinics such as Davita.\u00a0 YES vote supported by SEIU (union). Why does dialysis require medical profession? CA Dem\u00a0 support.\u00a0\u00a0 SD Rep oppose. Tax on personal income $2 million per year. &nbsp;In 2035 only electric cars will be sold. &nbsp;CA Dem support. Nathan Hochman, REP.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Insurance Commissioner: n\/a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Superintendent: Lance Christensen supports charter school\/school choice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Federal Senator:&nbsp; Mark Muser, REP&nbsp; and Alex Padilla, DEM.&nbsp; Alex Padilla was appointed to take over Kamala Harris 2 years ago.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">San Diego County<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Judges: San Diego County Bar sdcba.org Releases evaluation of candidates by three rankings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Member Board of Supervisors:&nbsp; Nathan Fletcher<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Accesor\/Recorder\/County Clerk: Barbara Bry and Jordan Marks<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>&nbsp;Sheriff: n\/a<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Treasurer\/Tax Collector: &nbsp;n\/a Dan McAllister<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Measure A: Cannibis Business Tax \u2013 tax cannabis business tax in incorporated businesses. Support \u2013 makes taxes fair across city county.&nbsp; Oppose \u2013 over taxing can cause increase in black market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">City of San Diego<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Measure B: Amends charter to collect trash fee from single family homes.&nbsp; Funds green initiative. Allows the city to impose a fee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Measure C: Remove height limit of 30 feet. Exclude this specific area .City Council adopted a community plan in 2018. On the plus side, more transparency to publish contracts over $10,000.
