Where are you? \u00a0What do you want to focus on?<\/li>\n<li>What do you want it to look like? Think of color, feeling.\u00a0 How do you want to be when you have met your goal?<\/li>\n<li>How will you make it happen? Date your action steps, give a deadline.<\/li>\n<li>Affirm whatever you want to change as if it\u2019s already happened.
